|9/7/13||Bale Grist Mill Harvest Dinner!
Come enjoy an outdoor candlelight dinner at the foot of the Bale Mill water wheel! Locally grown/raised sustainable food will be prepared by Chef Bernardo Ayala of Napa Valley Bistro. Great wines from our Napa Valley neighbors will accompany a most amazing meal. Before dinner, have fun at our Heirloom Tomato Tasting with Brad Gates of Wild Boar Farms, enjoy yummy passed appetizers specially prepared for the event, or have a whiskey at the whiskey bar. There will also be a silent auction featuring Napa wines and gift items. Live old-time music by the Pickle Creek String Band adds to the evening. Culinary Institute of America and Slow Food are also presenters. This important fundraiser helps the Napa Valley State Parks Association, a local non-profit, operate Bale Grist Mill. All proceeds help keep the great water wheel turning! Tickets are available at brownpapertickets.com #424377 or search by “Bale Grist Mill Harvest Dinner”.
