Some new sales statistics for the nine Bay Area Counties for October 2008. Note the percentage of foreclosure sales has reached nearly 45% of all sales. For Napa County, the number of sales has increased by 126% while the median price declined by 29%; for the entire Bay Area sales where up 66.2% while the median price was down a whopping 45.3%.
