Napa County real estate sales continued on a steady pace for January 2017 with the same number of sales from a last January. The median Price was up a whopping 13.3% yty most likely being driven by the low inventory here. As of March 4th, there are only 221 single family homes for sale in the entire county and 106 of these are $1 million or more. There are only 2 short sales, 3 bank owned and no foreclosures.
