Unfortunately, for the County of Napa this is only partially true. While the 2013 number of residential sales, 1,648, has nearly equaled the 2004 high of 1,779, the average sales price for 2013 was $615,527 which is 29 % less than the 2007 high of $864,297. If you look at the up-valley Town of Yountville and City of Calistoga, the figure is slightly better being closer to 80% of the previous highs. The number of sales for Calistoga in 2013, 71, is at an all time high and for Yountville was 35. You have to go back to 2002 to find anything higher for the Town when 41 homes were sold.
Let me put my nearly 30 years experience to work for you and help you find the perfect Napa Valley property
