Need to slip on a booty before showing a home, no problem

by Curtis Van Carter on December 15, 2009

Hi

Was reading the new posts on my blog reader and came across a post on Sellsius Real Estate Blog, one of my favorites, about a neat produce. Often when holding open houses, clients would like people to remove their shoes or slip on a booty. Occasionally this a pain for buyers, agents for whom this may start the preview or showing with a negative vibe. Wouldn’t it would be great to have a neat, easy way to do so. Enter The ShoeBee which if works as advertised is a great solution for accomplishing this simple task. They have come up with a simple machine which slips on the booty with a simple set into their machine.

With ShoeBee you can protect all your carpets and floor surfaces in an instant. The ShoeBee sells for $29.95 plus $12.95 S&H and comes with 50 Free Booties. Plus, you can order additional booties now, or at anytime and they are absolutely free for life, all you have to do is pay S&H.

Thanks for the kind words about Sellsius.

I met the inventor of the ShoeBee at Triple Play in Atlantic City and tried it — it worked fine.

I was thinking an agent who offers this to a homeowner during an open house would score some points for carpet concern.

Imagine giving it as a gift– whenever the homeowner was asked about it, they’d say “It was from my real estate agent”. A bit of free publicity.
