This is a new weekly feature for my blog. I intend to post here the real estate happenings for Yountville every week. This will include normal activity such as new listings, pendings, solds and other real estate stats. Besides just real estate info, I hope to give the readers of my blog some insight into the heart of Yountville using a variety of media including photos, tidbits, gossip and other fun things. Eventually, I am hoping to archive our local newspaper, the Yountville Sun. If this is of interest to you, I would love hearing so. FACTS ETC
In the last 45 days, there have been 8 new 
listings here including three in what is called Heritage Estates. Granted, this is the nicest group of subdivision homes in Yountville, but so were the listing prices: $1,650,000, $1,695,000 & $1,695,000. These prices are a step up from the last sale in Heritage, a slightly smaller single story unit for $,1,275,000 on 7/31/07. It will be interesting to see if these sale and for what price. Tune in for what happens.

Curtis, How large a market area do you cover? Do you have any fractional home restrictions in your area?
